A gentle and short river flow yoga practice incorporating somatic movement, breath awareness, guided meditation, and deep relaxation. We conclude by sharing High Mountain Tea in silence and mindful practice, allowing space for integration and rest.

Tea and Stillness
A contemplative space to slow down, share tea, and settle into presence. This practice invites quiet reflection, mindful awareness, and integration after movement or meditation. It is offered as a shared pause in the week, a return to stillness, connection, and simplicity.

Serving only the finest tea sourced from high-altitude conditions in Taiwan, China and Nepal. Each serving invites in the echo of mountain air or alpine forest mist while sitting beneath the presence of Mount Donna Buang.
